Job description

Junior Creative Content Producer

Part-Time | In-Person | Anaheim, CA
20–25 Hours Per Week | $25–30/hour

Wildhouse is an experiential design and production studio creating large-scale brand activations, immersive environments, and custom event builds for some of the world’s biggest brands.

We’re looking for a Junior Creative Content Producer to help build the Wildhouse brand through compelling photography and video content.

Working directly alongside our Creative Director, you’ll capture the people, process, and projects behind Wildhouse—creating content that gives audiences an inside look at how ideas become reality.

This is an in-person role based in our Anaheim office. You’ll be filming, photographing, editing, and creating content throughout the day as projects come to life. Every day is different—from design reviews and shop production to client meetings, installs, and behind-the-scenes moments. This is a fast-paced environment where priorities shift quickly, so we’re looking for someone who can adapt, think on their feet, and create great content without missing a beat.

What You’ll Do

  • Capture behind-the-scenes photo and video content throughout our office, fabrication shop, and on installs.
  • Photograph projects, products, people, and finished work with a strong editorial eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
  • Edit short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
  • Conduct engaging on-camera interviews that bring out the personalities and stories behind our team and projects.
  • Concept and produce original content, educational videos, skits, and recurring content series.
  • Document projects from concept and design through fabrication and final installation.
  • Stay on top of social media trends and identify opportunities to create timely, engaging content.
  • Organize photo and video assets and help execute our content calendar.

What We’re Looking For

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating both photography and videography.
  • A strong eye for photography, composition, lighting, and visual storytelling.
  • The ability to shoot both photo and video with an elevated editorial style.
  • Strong editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality content on tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable interviewing people and directing them on camera.
  • A self-starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to capture—you naturally identify stories worth telling.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.
  • Creative, proactive, organized, and eager to learn.
  • A passion for social media and creating content people actually want to watch.

Growth Opportunity

We’re looking for someone who wants to grow with Wildhouse. This role begins as a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time Creative Content Producer as the company and our content team continue to expand.

Our Hiring Process

We believe creative talent is best evaluated by creating—not just interviewing.

Final candidates will be invited to a paid working interview at our Anaheim office. You’ll spend a few hours creating content alongside our team so we can see how you think, create, and work in a real environment.

During your working interview, you’ll:

  • Capture behind-the-scenes content around the shop.
  • Conduct a few quick interviews with team members.
  • Pitch original content ideas.
  • Edit a short-form video on-site.

We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, tell great stories, and turn everyday moments into engaging content.

How to Apply

Please send us:

  • Your résumé
  • Your portfolio or website
  • Your Instagram, TikTok, or other creative work (if applicable)
  • 3–5 examples of your photography and video work
  • A short note telling us why you’d be a great fit for Wildhouse

Applications without a portfolio or examples of photography and video work will not be considered.

We’re hiring for creativity, taste, speed, and potential—not just experience.
