This is a part-time/full-time, hourly-paidposition based in Westwood Village - Los Angeles, CA. Weekend andevening availability is required. Competitive pay, benefits, and a chance tosupport Milksha's very first U.S. store launch.

YourDaily Tea-rrific Mission:

• Preparehandcrafted milk tea and specialty beverages to exacting standards.
• Understand,follow, and practice adherence to company policies, workplace safety standards,First In-First Out (FIFO) stock rotation, follow and promote Food Safetypractices, cleanliness and sanitation and good housekeeping practices.
• Deliverwarm, friendly, and memorable guest experiences.
• Maintaina clean, organized, and joyful workspace.
• Reportworkplace problems and concerns (i.e., damaged, or spoiled beverage or fooditems) to the supervisor on duty. Take instructions and follow identifiedinterim, preventive, and contingent actions set by the store management team.
• Assistin the proper receiving, handling, storage and preparation of food andpackaging materials.
• Abideand follow all rules and regulations as set forth in the Employee Handbook.

Thinkyou've got what it takes to bring JOY in every cup?

• Minimumof two years high school education
• Previousbarista or food service experience is a plus-but we're happy to train the rightperson
• Highenergy and flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Apassion for milk tea, hospitality, and sustainability
• Greatcommunication skills and a team-first attitude
