RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Meet and greet customers in the dealership
  • Answer and route incoming calls and take messages
  • Provide basic information to customers who have general inquiries
  • Prepare parts, sales and service tickets for the accounting department
  • Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system
  • Handle customer complaints with integrity and poise

REQUIREMENTS:
