As our new Spa Associate, you’ll be the face of this Hand & Stone location by providing outstanding customer service and attentive care that creates the foundation for an exceptional spa experience. About the Role: You’ll be our front desk receptionist who takes great care of everyone who arrives. You’ll also help maintain and prepare the facilities and rooms for our guests, answer phone calls, respond to emails, stock rooms, and manage appointments. Strong administration and computer skills are crucial as you’ll be responsible for running a tight ship of appointments and scheduling with our staff. Sales will play a key part in your role here. You’ll be ringing up customers on their way out, talking up our packages, and selling them on the benefits of membership.
