In this role as a Retail Field Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering in‑store training to Event Specialists, supporting the onboarding of new team members, and fostering strong, positive relationships with store personnel. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and capable of providing clear, effective training. Now, about you: 

  • You’re 21 years or older
  • Have 2-3 years experience in event marketing, demonstrations, customer service, sales, retail/grocery, or coaching for improvement
  • (Preferred) Have prior supervisory experience
  • Are comfortable coaching for improvement from a positive point of view
  • Are as self-starter and have the ability to work independently to achieve goals
  • Are comfortable engaging with the public, talking with consumers and recommending product sales.
  • Have basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
  • Are comfortable interacting with customers and management in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner
  • Available to work up to 28 hours; 5 shifts per week, Thursday - Monday
  • Can lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and stand for up to 6 hours
  • Are comfortable preparing, cooking, and cleaning work area and equipment
  • Have reliable transportation to and from work location
  • Have the ability to perform job duties with a safety-first mentality in a retail environment
