We are seeking a Computer Repair Technician to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for our clients.
Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers when they enter the store.
  • Assist customers with hardware sales.
  • Provide high quality interactions with customers.
  • Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
  • Replace hardware components in desktops and laptops.
  • Set up new routers and network devices for home use.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues regarding all hardware and software.
  • Install software/hardware on workstations.
  • Generate invoices for clients and accept payments.
  • Provide telephone and remote support to users.
  • Assist senior tech staff with on-site support and technical projects as needed.

Work Location: In person
