Sanitation Technician (Part Time)

We are seeking a dedicated and meticulous Part-Time Sanitation Technician to join our team on a basis. In this critical role, you will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation across our food manufacturing facility, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment essential for consistent product quality. Your expertise will be vital in preserving operational efficiency through rigorous cleaning protocols and equipment maintenance.

Sanitation Technician (Part Time) Details:

  • Temp-to-Hire position
  • $18.00 /hour
  • Part Time work available
  • Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 08:30pm)
  • 1st Shift Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 8:30 PM - $18.00/hr
  • Ensure proper adherence by all team members to specific cleaning requirements and techniques for their assigned area of machinery and building.
  • Perform thorough pre-operational and post-operational inspections of all equipment to verify cleanliness and readiness for production.
  • Execute deep cleaning of complex food manufacturing machinery, including meticulous disassembly, scrubbing, sanitizing, and reassembly of all components.
  • Perform general maintenance repairs on equipment and machinery as needed.

Sanitation Technician (Part Time) Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to strict sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Basic mechanical aptitude for equipment disassembly, reassembly, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout the shift.
  • Comfortable working in wet, cold, or warm environments for extended periods.
  • Prior experience as a Sanitation Technician or in a similar janitorial or maintenance role, particularly within a food manufacturing or industrial setting is a plus.
  • Applicant may be subject to a background check
  • Pre-employment drug screen (Excluding THC) is required as a condition of employment
