What are part time companions?

Their duties can include engaging in conversation, accompanying clients to appointments or outings, playing games, or assisting with daily activities that do not require medical expertise. Part time companions are hired to improve quality of life and reduce feelings of loneliness, but they typically do not provide medical or intensive personal care.
