Our pediatric practices are built for high-quality kids dentistry in environments designed to be fun, friendly, and efficient for families-supported by a complete non-clinical team so doctors can focus on patient care and growth.
Practice locations (North Louisiana)
Pediatric opportunities are available within our children's dentistry brands including:
  • Peach Tree for Kids - Ruston and Monroe
  • Snaggle Dental - West Monroe (pediatric focus; pediatric IV sedation offered)

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD
  • Completion of an accredited pediatric dentistry residency (board-eligible or board-certified preferred)
  • Current/eligible dental licensure in the corresponding state(s)

  • UHC - Medical, Dental, Vision: Peach Tree contributes $244.00 toward the medical premium for the associate dentist.
  • Colonial Life (optional): life, accident, hospital confinement indemnity, disability, critical illness, cancer.
  • American Funds SIMPLE IRA: eligible after 90 days of continuous employment; company match up to 3%.

Continuing Education
  • Reimbursement allowance of $1,000 every 12 months (may include course tuition and/or travel expenses).

Time Off
  • Minimum10 non-paid vacation days per year. Negotiable

Dental Treatment
  • Associate may provide dental treatment to immediate family (spouse + dependent children under 21) at no charge (associate/family responsible for lab fees).
  • Associate may provide dental treatment to extended family at a 50% discounted rate (associate/family responsible for lab fees). Extended family includes parents/step-parents/siblings/in-laws.
