About Inspired Kids Programs

Inspired Kids Programs brings high-quality, on-site enrichment programs directly into schools, childcare centers, and community locations. Our mission is simple: help kids grow confident, capable, and excited to learn.

We operate three unique programs under one umbrella:

  • Crouching Tigers – martial arts and life skills for young children
  • Tumbling Tigers – movement, tumbling, and foundational physical skills
  • Techie Kids Club – coding, robotics, and STEM exploration

We’re looking for energetic, reliable instructors who love working with kids and want meaningful, part-time work that fits into their schedule.

About the Role:
As a Kids Enrichment Instructor, you’ll lead fun, structured classes for children ages 2–8 in one or more of our programs. Classes take place on-site at partner schools, typically during the school day or immediately after.

No prior martial arts, gymnastics, or coding experience is required — we provide paid training, lesson plans, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead 30-45-minute enrichment classes for small groups of children
  • Teach age-appropriate lessons using provided curriculum and equipment
  • Create a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment
  • Build connections with children, teachers, and school staff
  • Represent Inspired Kids Programs professionally at partner locations
