Position Summary:

ABA Therapy Partners is seeking a dedicated, part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide supervision and clinical oversight within a school setting. The ideal candidate will work closely with school staff and IEP teams to design, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention programs that promote student growth, social-emotional development, and academic success. Additionally, the BCBA will lead and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs), ensuring high-quality service delivery and fidelity to intervention plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision: Provide ongoing supervision, training, and constructive feedback to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure program fidelity.
  • Assessments: Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skill acquisition intake assessments as required by IEP teams.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze behavioral data to track progress, inform instructional decision-making, and adjust intervention plans as needed.
  • Collaboration: Participate in IEP meetings, consult with school administrators/staff, and establish rapport with parents to ensure a coordinated approach to care.
  • Compliance: Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records in adherence with BACB standards and district/state regulations (IDEA/California Education Code).

Qualifications:

  • Certification: Current, valid BCBA certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required.
