The Opportunity

Are you a local educator, PTA leader, or community advocate who is "in the know" when it comes to Kirklands families? Code Ninjas Kirkland is looking for a Community Engagement Specialist to be the face of our Dojo.
We dont just teach kids how to code; we teach them how to think. Your mission is to connect with parents of children ages 514 and show them how our "fun-first" curriculumbuilt around games like Roblox and Minecraftcan change their childs future.
The Role (Flexible & Relationship-Driven)

This isnt a desk job. You will be out in the Kirkland community, building bridges and creating opportunities.
  • School & PTA Liaison: Develop deep relationships with Lake Washington School District elementary and middle schools to coordinate STEM nights and after-school partnerships.
  • Grassroots Networking: Engage with local parenting groups, sports leagues, and community centers to build brand awareness.
  • Lead Generation: Generate excitement and capture leads at local events, school fairs, and neighborhood gatherings.
  • Strategic Growth: Focus on the high-density residential areas surrounding our convenient Kirkland location to ensure we are the "go-to" spot for local families.
