This hands-on, evening-based role focuses on delivering high-quality instruction to apprentices enrolled in our Level 2 and Level 3 Electrical Apprenticeship Program.You'll bring the classroom to life by connecting real-world electrical experience with practical application, helping apprentices build both technical knowledge and confidence as they advance in the trade.In this role, you will:Instruct and Inspire: Deliver engaging Mike Holt curriculum and reinforce National Electrical Code (NEC) concepts, helping apprentices connect theory to real-world jobsite application.Create Dynamic Learning Environments: Foster a professional, respectful classroom and lab setting where adult learners feel supported, challenged, and motivated to grow.Bridge Classroom and Field: Lead hands-on lab activities that reinforce key electrical concepts, tools, and troubleshooting skills.Lead with Precision: Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress, ensuring alignment with apprenticeship program requirements.Ensure Excellence: Participate in required professional development days and uphold WMCI's standards for safety, instruction, and program delivery.ABOUT YOU You're a skilled electrical professional who takes pride in your craft and is ready to invest in the next generation.
