Job description

We’re looking for a highly skilled CNC Lathe Machinist to join our precision machining team in a bright, fully air-conditioned facility.

This is not an entry-level or training position — applicants must be able to independently set up, program, and run CNC lathes with minimal supervision.

Requirements

  • Strong ability to speak, read, and write in English (Polish, Bulgarian, and Spanish also spoken here).

  • Proficient in setting up CNC lathes with proper tooling, offsets, and workholding.

  • Experienced with FANUC and/or Haas controls.

  • Skilled in CAM programming — capable of drawing parts, generating toolpaths, and posting programs to the machines.

  • Competent in using dial indicators, bore gauges, micrometers, and calipers for precision measurement.

  • Ability to inspect and verify work using an optical comparator.

  • Excellent blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation.

  • Proven ability to hold tight tolerances of ±.0005".

  • Strong focus on quality control and attention to detail.

  • Ability to adapt to short-run, custom, and complex part geometries — nearly every job is unique.

Benefits
  • Full benefits, including 401(k), vacation pay, and medical (for full-time employees).

  • Fully air-conditioned facility with a stable, experienced team.

  • Full-time or part-time positions available.

If you’re an experienced CNC lathe machinist who takes pride in precision and craftsmanship — and can hit the ground running — we’d like to hear from you.
