Key Responsibilities
As a CNA, you are the heartbeat of our resident care. Your role includes:
  • Personalized Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dignified personal hygiene care.
  • Nutritional Support: Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and providing individual feeding assistance as needed.
  • Mobility & Comfort: Safely perform ambulation, turning, and positioning to ensure resident comfort and skin integrity.
  • Clinical Communication: Maintain accurate, timely electronic records and reports regarding resident status.
  • Environment Stewardship: Ensure a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents.
  • Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of care in accordance with local, state, and federal healthcare guidelines.

Qualifications
  • Certification: Must hold an active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing and be eligible for employment in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
