Cloud Marketplace Solutions Engineer
The Opportunity:
We are hiring a hands-on cloud engineer to close a domain expertise gap around listing, deploying, and operating partner-ready offerings across cloud provider marketplaces, such as AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, and Google Cloud Marketplace. Today, publishing and transacting through these marketplaces requires correct placement of products and supporting infrastructure, including identity, storage, networking, deployment artifacts, and metering or billing hooks where applicable, inside central marketplace accounts.
This role will partner with product and platform teams to design repeatable patterns, implement secure baseline infrastructure per cloud service provider (CSP) rules, automate packaging and deployment, and document runbooks so more solutions can reach marketplace buyers without bottlenecking a single owning team. Over time, the same patterns should extend to additional channels, such as mobile ecosystems and other distribution models, once marketplace delivery on major CSPs is mature.
You will be the bridge that connects product teams with cloud platforms and marketplace mechanics. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with AWS cloud engineering
  • Experience with core AWS Services, such as compute, networking, storage, and security
  • Experience with marketplace product types, such as AMI-based, container-based, or SaaS
  • Experience with subscription lifecycle, such as subscribe, entitle, provision, meter, or unsubscribe
  • Experience with key APIs, such as entitlement checks, metering and usage reporting
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code such as, Terraform, CloudFormation, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), or Bicep
  • Experience with CI/CD integration for packaging and releasing marketplace artifacts, such as GitHub Actions, GitLab, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or CodePipeline
  • HS diploma or GED
  • AWS Associate-level Certification, such as Solutions Architect Associate, SysOps Administrator Associate, or Developer Associate Certification

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with publishing or maintaining listings on AWS Marketplace or Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) marketplaces
  • Experience with SaaS and onboarding workflows
  • Experience with Software packaging, such as AMI builds, container images, or SaaS integration patterns
  • Experience with multi-cloud environments, including Azure, GCP, or GovCloud
  • Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or a related field
  • AWS Professional-level Certification, such as Solutions Architect Professional Certification
