Kids Zone Human Claw Attendants must have a friendly and positive attitude and be good with kids and parents. Our Kids Zone is a high-traffic, popular area. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Operating Human Claw machine, including assisting participants in and out of machine.
  • May be asked to use the Square point of sales system to sell activity tickets.
  • Assist with the setup and teardown of the area each game day.
  • Make appropriate decisions regarding safety issues and to recognize when to escalate situations to Full Time staff.

Kids Zone Attendants are hired on a part-time, seasonal basis for the Madison Mallards and Madison Night Mares seasons. A typical season runs from mid-May to mid-August. Scheduled hours are usually late-afternoon/evening, including weekdays and weekends. The minimum age to work as a Kids Zone Human Claw Attendant is 18 years.
