Job Title: Part-Time Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Law Office of James H. Guest, L.L.C. – Englewood, CO

Schedule: Part-Time / 4 to 5 days per week, 4 to 5 hours per day (flexible schedule)

Position Summary

Legal professional to join a boutique personal injury law practice. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, empathetic paralegal who excels at managing pre-litigation and litigation tasks, communicating with clients, and keep files organized efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage plaintiff personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial preparation.
  • Collect, organize, and summarize medical records, billing statements, police reports, and insurance documentation.
  • Draft legal documents, including demand letters, pleadings, discovery requests, and responses.
  • Communicate regularly with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, and defense counsel.
  • Assist attorney James H. Guest with calendar management, court filings, and hearing prep.
  • Maintain electronic client case files and track subrogation/medical liens.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 2+ years of personal injury paralegal or legal assistant experience (plaintiff side preferred).
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with Colorado personal injury procedures, auto insurance claims, and medical terminology.
