What are some common challenges faced by part-time Christian ministry workers, and how can they effectively balance responsibilities?

What are part-time Christians?

A 'part-time Christian' is an informal term often used to describe someone who practices their Christian faith only on certain occasions, such as attending church on Sundays or holidays, but may not consistently integrate Christian beliefs and values into their daily life. This phrase is sometimes used within church communities to encourage greater commitment to faith throughout the week, not just during services. It is not an official job title or position within Christian organizations.
