Job description

Immediate full-time opening for a smiling face at our office located in our RIDC Industrial Park Office.  Candidate must have previous office experience along with being a quick learner and working independently.  Must also be proficient in Word, Excel, and basic computer programs.

Chiropractic office experience is a plus and will be considered first.

Hours:  M, W, F (7 am - 6 pm), Tuesday (7 am - 2 pm), one Saturday a month (7 am - 1 pm)

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Front Desk Insurance Verification Answering phones Scheduling appointments Follow up calls Filing Back Office Therapies for patients

This candidate will need to be flexible and possess customer service/sales experience along with having the ability to multi-task and take initiative daily.  35 - 40 hour work week, off every Thursday and Sunday, and will rotate every other Saturday.

Hourly rate $15 - $17
