PART TIME CHILDCARE TEACHER
COMPENSATION:
New Part Time Childcare Teachers generally make between $13 and $17 an hour depending on professional experience and educational background.

JOB SUMMARY:
Help us implement Goddard School's comprehensive, inquiry-based curriculum, Wonder of Learning. As a member of our Faculty, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Advancing children's intellectual, social, and physical development;
  • 6:00am-11:00am, 12:00pm-6:30pm, or 2:00pm-6:30pm;
  • Ensuring classroom and building are closed according to checklists;
  • Supporting each child's emotional development and providing positive guidance;
  • Ensuring compliance with Goddard School's health and safety, Cognia, and State of Texas childcare licensing guidelines, at all times;
  • Executing/enhancing lessons plans;
  • Establishing and maintaining positive and effective family relationships;
  • Maintaining a clean and presentable classroom;
  • Working as a team;
  • Responding to all children's needs;
  • Maintaining professional commitment;
  • Have a background in Early Childhood either working experience or education. (Not babysitting)
  • And most importantly,...Having fun! You are working with children!

QUALIFICATIONS:
Quality experience is a must to take care of and love our Goddard Lake Houston kiddos! In order for you to be considered as a Part Time Childcare Teacher, a minimum of one year experience is preferred. Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
