  • FTE Status: 0.60 FTE (24 hours/week), Part-Time
  • Hours: Will be working night shifts, with an every other weekend rotation. PRN call requirements. Night shift - 3:00pm - 3:00am
  • Unit Description: The Belmark Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) is an 18-bed Family Integrated Care Level 2 facility, soon transitioning to Level 3 NICU. We provide a private room model, ensuring that both mother and baby stay together from the start, receiving exceptional care. This transition to Level 3 NICU is an exciting milestone for us. We are seeking dedicated and passionate experienced Level 3 NICU Nurses to join our team as we expand to offer even more advanced care for our smallest patients.

Job Description:
  • The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible and accountable for providing quality professional nursing care to patients and their families and significant others adhering to the WI Nurse Practice Act, Administrative Code of the WI Board of Nursing, and/or appropriate nursing standards governing nursing in the state of practice, the ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice, the ANA Code of Ethics for Nurses and Bellin Health Policies and Procedures.
  • The responsibility includes providing a safe environment for patients, families, staff, and visitors and working collaboratively with the multi-disciplinary health care team to provide the best outcomes for the patient.
  • Community involvement and collaboration is encouraged.
Qualifications:
  • Wisconsin RN license required.
  • Previous NICU experience preferred.
