In this armed role, you will bring integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset while delivering reliable, agile, and innovative service throughout the location.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and local authorities when appropriate.
  • Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.
  • Monitor access points, verify credentials, and observe incoming and outgoing people, vehicles, and deliveries in accordance with site policies.
  • Support Allied Universal and site personnel by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations, and by preparing clear, timely incident reports.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Possess an Armed Guard Card and/or License.
  • Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
