      • Carry out design analysis and creating design dispositions for assembly manufacturing non\-conformances, assessing different repair scenarios for fit, form and function<\/span>

      • Processing detail and sub assembly concessions from risk sharing partners and Final Assembly Lines<\/span>
        <\/li>\n
      • Ability to identify the most efficient methods for analysis whilst ensuring adherence to relevant airworthiness and customer procedural requirements<\/span>

      • Able to liaise with multiple functions\/suppliers (e.g., Design\/Stress approvers) to ensure most appropriate design solution is met with consideration to cost, time, performance and installation requirements<\/span>

        • Experience working on Boeing products and structures either directly or within the Supply Chain, for a minimum of three years and ideally having held a level of delegated technical approval<\/span>

        • Knowledge across 737\/787<\/span><\/b> or similar aircraft variant programs, preferably with both metallic and composite capabilities<\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Understanding of material properties, production & manufacturing methods and practices and their effect on aircraft performance<\/span>

        • Working knowledge of CATIA V5 for interrogation and drawing\/model modification<\/span>
          <\/li>\n
        • Previous Design Organisation Approval (DOA) would be advantageous for the role<\/span>
