We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly experienced Bookkeeper to join our team for Part-Time employment. This is NOT a remote position. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial recordkeeping, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple accounts with precision and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries
· Reconcile bank and credit card statements
· Assist in financial reporting (Balance Sheets, P&L’s)
· Manage payroll software, and assist with processing
· Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Bookkeeper (5+ years preferred)
· A self-starter with minimal supervision
· Strong proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks Enterprise or similar)
· Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
· Advanced knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
· High level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Ability to handle sensitive financial information with integrity and confidentiality
· Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
