Part Time Guest Service Associate – Frost Bake Shop

Join our family-owned bakery where great service and sweet treats go hand in hand!

About the Role:

We’re looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Service Associate to join our Frost Bake Shop team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.

Pay: $11.00–$13.50 per hour

What You’ll Do:

• Greet every guest with warmth and help create a positive, memorable experience

• Answer phones and assist guests with product questions and orders

• Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions

• Keep bakery cases, refrigerators, and service areas stocked, organized, and looking great

• Assist with packaging and light inventory tasks

• Maintain a clean and inviting shop, including dishes, tables, display cases, and restrooms

• Jump in to help wherever needed—we’re a team, and we support each other!
