Job description

Join Card and Connected Commerce Content and help bring Sapphire experiences to life through high-impact content. You will orchestrate event capture and production at scale, delivering customer-centric storytelling that inspires customers to travel, shop, and dine.

As a Content Production Manager in Card and Connected Commerce Content, you own the end-to-end content workflow for Sapphire events and activations, from early planning through on-site capture and final delivery. You coordinate across marketing, events, creative, production, and external creators to deliver assets that are timely, accurate, and aligned to brand standards. You provide operational rigor across multiple concurrent productions and help improve efficiency, timelines, and outcomes year-round.

Job responsibilities

  • Own pre-production planning, including briefs, shot lists, schedules, approvals, and logistics.
  • Build content capture plans that support post-event needs such as short-form edits, recap videos, still selects, and partner assets.
  • Coordinate with event and venue stakeholders on credentials, filming permissions, releases, and production constraints.
  • Manage intake of content requests by assessing feasibility, effort, timing, and dependencies.
  • Document requirements and align stakeholders on expectations before capture begins.
  • Produce and circulate clear briefs that outline objectives, key messages, must-capture moments, brand considerations, and deliverable requirements.
  • Identify when freelance support is needed and match creators to the work.
  • Manage freelancer workflows end to end, including onboarding, schedules, feedback cycles, and handoffs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact in cross-functional meetings and drive decisions to keep work moving.
  • Provide clear status updates and proactively flag risks such as unclear approvals, compressed timelines, or late-breaking changes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of project management experience in social video production or related production environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities, multiple stakeholders, and firm deadlines.
  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to run end-to-end workflows.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including clear briefs and timely stakeholder updates.
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and solutions-oriented as priorities shift.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience working in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments with structured review processes and documentation requirements.
  • Experience using engagement signals or feedback to improve content quality and consistency.
  • Experience creating social media assets or partnering closely with creators on content formats and production needs.
