OPERATIONS YOU'LL MASTER

Grinding

Operate grinding equipment to prepare cannabis flower to specification

Pre-Roll Manufacturing

Produce pre-rolls using the Knockbox filling system

Machine / Hand Trim

Use machine and hand trim techniques to process and sort flower to quality and compliance standards

Extraction Prep

Stage and prep flower for downstream extraction processing

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Operate grinding equipment to process cannabis flower to production specifications
  • Run pre-roll manufacturing using the Knockbox filling system to meet daily output targets
  • Perform machine and hand trim techniques; sort flower to quality and compliance standards
  • Prepare and stage cannabis flower for extraction prep (extraction processing)
  • Accurately complete compliance documentation and batch records in seed-to-sale systems
  • Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production workspace at all times
  • Rotate across multiple processing stations as directed by production supervisors

REQUIREMENTS

  • Ability to stand for extended periods on the production floor throughout full shift
  • Capable of repetitive bending and reaching throughout the shift
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Keen attention to detail and consistent quality standards
  • Ability to follow strict standard operating procedures in a regulated environment
  • Must be 18 years of age or older per Connecticut cannabis regulations

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Hands-on experience operating the Knockbox pre-roll filling system Highly Preferred
  • Prior cannabis processing or manufacturing floor experience
  • Familiarity with seed-to-sale compliance tracking (e.g., METRC)
  • Experience with machine and/or hand trim cannabis operations
