Sweetspot is seeking knowledgeable and customer-focused part time cannabis advisor to join our beautiful new dispensary located in River Edge, NJ. As a cannabis advisor, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the wide variety of products we offer, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with state regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in selecting cannabis products that best fit their needs and lifestyle
  • Provide information regarding different cultivars, potency, and effects
  • Handle cash and POS transactions with accuracy and diligence
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and assist with stock management
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
  • Uphold a clean and organized workspace

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service-oriented role preferred
  • Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
