Dive Into Summer Fun! Join the Westin La Paloma Resort Kids Club Team as a Summer Camp Counselor! Are you ready to spend summer swimming, crafting, playing games, and creating unforgettable memories with awesome kids in the sunshine? We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic, strong swimmers to join our La Paloma Kids Club Summer Camp team!

Summary:
This isn't your average summer job — this is your chance to be a hero to kids ages 5–12, lead fun activities, and make a splash (literally!) in the Westin Resort Pool every day. If you're up for sun, smiles, and serious fun, we want YOU!
 
Schedule:
Monday – Friday | 8 AM – 5 PM Full-time and part-time shifts available!
 
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Leading creative crafts, silly games, and fun-tastic themed activities
  • Jumping into the Westin Resort Pool to swim and play alongside the campers
  • Creating a safe, friendly, and inclusive space where every camper feels like a rockstar
  • Setting up activities, keeping things organized, and helping camp run smoothly
  • Being a role model, a lifeguard buddy, a cheerleader, and a memory-maker
What You Bring to Kids Club:
  • A love for kids and a passion for fun
  • Strong swimming skills — you'll be in the pool daily!
  • Positive energy and patience (you might hear "watch this!" a hundred times, and you'll love it)
