Compensation:

$25 hourly


Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems to ensure optimal functionality and safety.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests, addressing issues efficiently to minimize disruption for residents.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Assist in maintaining the exterior and interior appearance of the property, enhancing curb appeal and resident satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues, ensuring a comfortable living environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Support the team in emergency situations, providing swift and effective solutions to urgent problems.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in performing routine inspections and maintenance of building systems.
  • Ability to respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests, minimizing disruption for residents.
  • Proven track record of collaborating with supervisors to plan and execute preventative maintenance schedules.
  • Skill in maintaining the exterior and interior appearance of properties to enhance curb appeal.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing minor plumbing, electrical, and HVAC issues.
  • Experience in maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities for transparency and accountability.
  • Ability to support the team in emergency situations, providing swift and effective solutions.
