Compensation:

$65,000 - $70,000 yearly


Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary liaison between residents, board members, and vendors by fostering effective communication and responding promptly to inquiries and concerns.
  • Coordinate board meetings, maintain community records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with governing documents, policies, and regulations.
  • Manage association finances, including budgeting, assessment collection, financial reporting, and supporting long-term fiscal stability.
  • Oversee maintenance operations by conducting inspections, coordinating vendors and contractors, and ensuring common areas are properly maintained.
  • Enforce community rules and architectural standards consistently while addressing violations and supporting policy development.
  • Resolve resident and board disputes, facilitate community engagement activities, and promote a positive living environment.
  • Ensure legal compliance, maintain emergency preparedness plans, leverage community management technology, and pursue ongoing professional development to stay current with industry best practices.

Qualifications:
  • Experience in property management, with a focus on community associations, is essential.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with residents, board members, and vendors to foster strong relationships.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets, financial reporting, and ensuring fiscal stability.
  • Skilled in coordinating board meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Ability to oversee maintenance operations, including inspections and vendor coordination, to maintain property standards.
  • Experience in enforcing community rules and addressing violations with consistency and fairness.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve disputes and promote a positive living environment for residents and boards alike.
