Pay: $15-18/hr + Quarterly Bonus Potential

Reports To: Call Center Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an Appointment Confirmation Specialist to join our call center team. In this role, you'll be responsible for confirming scheduled appointments with homeowners, keeping our calendars accurate, and helping ensure our sales team arrives at appointments that homeowners have confirmed and intend to keep. This is a great fit for someone who's organized, comfortable on the phone, and likes a role with clear daily goals.

What You'll Do

  • Make outbound calls and handle some inbound calls to confirm upcoming inspection/estimate appointments
  • Gather additional project details from the homeowner ahead of the appointment
  • Build rapport with homeowners and reinforce the value of keeping their scheduled appointment
  • Address homeowner questions or concerns and work to retain qualified appointments when appropriate
  • Reschedule or follow up with customers who need to move their appointment
  • Email homeowners as needed
  • Conduct basic property/deed research and other administrative tasks as needed
  • Log all activity accurately in our CRM
  • Flag no-shows, cancellations, or at-risk appointments to the team
  • Hit daily/weekly confirmation targets
  • Communicate professionally and represent our brand well on every call

What We're Looking For

  • A very outgoing, energetic personality that comes through clearly over the phone
  • Strong objection-handling skills and the ability to address homeowner concerns while maintaining scheduled appointments
  • Strong phone and written communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls while maintaining a positive and professional customer experience
  • Detail-oriented and self-starter, able to work independently in a remote setting
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Basic computer skills; able to learn CRM/phone systems quickly
  • Experience with AccuLynx, Talkdesk, and Microsoft Teams a plus
  • Prior call center, customer service, or scheduling experience a plus
  • Home services/roofing industry experience a plus (not required)
