Part-time call center pharmacists often face challenges such as maintaining up-to-date knowledge of various medications, handling high call volumes, and ensuring clear communication with both patients and healthcare providers. Balancing multiple inquiries efficiently while adhering to strict regulatory standards can be demanding. Job description

Part-Time Call Center Agent
Location: Memphis, TN
We are looking for part-time Call Center Agents to add to our growing team. We provide on the job paid training. Previous call center work is a plus but is absolutely not required. If you have excelled in any customer service industry, know your way around computers, have a friendly and positive attitude and have excellent writing and communication skills, then this position is for you!
Anserfone is a well-established Call Center/Answering Service located in Memphis, TN. When you are locked out of your home at midnight and you call the locksmith, you are likely speaking to a customer experience agent, just like one of our valued team members at Anserfone! What happens on the weekend when your child is sick, and you need medical advice? Our compassionate agents take your call and reassure you that an on-call doctor will be reached. The short story is - we answer our customers' calls when they can't. Are you ready to be part of such a vital industry?
Compensation: $16 / Hour
A day in the life of a Customer Experience Agent:
You will find life at Anserfone a busy but satisfying one. After you've been fully trained, you will log in at the start of your shift and 'go ready' to begin taking calls. Your job will be to professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers in a positive and helpful way, provide and request required information, transfer calls, or take messages as necessary. You will work on our state-of-the-art call processing system and will be trained on a variety of call center tools to help properly prioritize customer needs. We are an inbound call center only, we do not perform any outbound or sales calls.
What are we looking for from our applicants?
  • Part Time (16-24 hours per week)
  • Must be available to work a weekend day (Sat or Sun each week)
  • Some Holiday work required
  • A welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
  • Strong spelling and grammar
  • Computer skills
  • Dependability
  • The ability to type 35 words per minute or more
