Position Summary

The Café Baker is a high-energy, detail-oriented team member responsible for preparing fresh, high-quality bakery products and supporting café food production in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in consistency and quality, and thrives in a team that values positivity, speed, and teamwork.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare bakery products following detailed recipes and production standards
  • Pull, thaw, and prepare ingredients and dough for daily production
  • Support early morning production shifts to ensure fresh daily offerings
  • Operate, clean, and maintain bakery and kitchen equipment safely
  • Ensure all products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe workstation at all times
  • Support café operations by assisting with coffee and food prep as needed
  • Deliver friendly, positive guest interaction when working in customer-facing areas
  • Accurately handle POS transactions when required
  • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain strong workflow and energy
  • Stay open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Assist with additional café duties as assigned by leadership
