These roles can include baristas, servers, cashiers, or kitchen staff, and typically involve tasks such as preparing drinks and food, taking orders, cleaning, and providing customer service. Part time cafe jobs are popular among students, those seeking flexible work hours, or individuals looking for supplemental income.

These skills and qualifications are essential for providing efficient service, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, welcoming cafe atmosphere.

Many cafes also provide training on workflow and customer service to support new staff and ensure the team works smoothly together.
