We're looking for a Barista who takes pride in enhancing the resident experience through consistent service, attention to detail, and a welcoming daily presence.
The Opportunity
In this position, you will support a community amenity space, providing coffee service while building familiarity with residents and contributing to a polished, hospitality-driven environment.
Key areas of focus include:
  • Preparing coffee and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail
  • Creating a welcoming, resident-focused environment through daily interaction
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the café and amenity space
  • Managing inventory and ensuring supplies are stocked and ready for service
  • Supporting the overall presentation and experience of the community

This is a role for someone who is personable, reliable and understands that small and consistent interactions shape the overall resident experience.
What You Bring to the Team
