Job Purpose:

  • The Cafe' Memberposition requires the ability to assist in all operations of the cafe, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standards of service and quality for which GOOD EARTH MARKETS is known.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating and cookingscratch soup recipes.

  • Maintain fresh ingredients and ensure the cafe is fully stocked to meet the menu requirements at all times.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of the cafe by adhering to all required health safety codes and practices.

  • Follow recipes and designated kitchen practices to ensure product consistency and quality.

  • Stand for long periods and complete tasks that require repetitive motions, lifting, and bending.

  • Perform other duties throughout the cafe as assigned or needed to support overall operations.

  • Demonstrate a great attitude, willingness to learn, and accept feedback to continuously improve service and product delivery.

  • Display excellent attention to detail and a desire to be part of a great team, ensuring a positive and energetic work environment.

  • Be self-motivated, reliable, and punctual, setting a standard for professionalism within the cafe team.
