As a Runner/Busser, you play a key role in delivering a seamless, human-led experience by supporting food and beverage operations and maintaining a clean, organized environment. You ensure timely, accurate service and contribute to a connected, optimistic, and service-oriented team-helping create a memorable experience for every Fan (guest).
Responsibilities:
• Bring the Pillars of Service (Connected, Optimistic, Service Oriented, and Memorable) to life through team and fan (guests) interactions
• Create a welcoming, memorable experience by supporting fans (guests) from arrival through departure
• Deliver food and beverage orders promptly, accurately, and with proper presentation
• Ensure all orders meet ticket specifications and guest requests with strong attention to detail
• Engage fans (guests) and team members with a friendly, professional, and optimistic approach
• Maintain knowledge of menus, promotions, and events to enhance the fan experience
• Foster a connected, one-team environment by supporting all hospitality roles
• Assist team members with service flow, side work, and daily operational needs
• Uphold the Pillars of Service in all interactions and support a positive, high-energy team culture
• Support service flow by bussing, pre-bussing, and resetting tables efficiently
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked service stations and dining areas
• Assist with prep tasks and ensure the venue always remains shift-ready
• Minimize breakage and properly handle all service ware
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
• Comply with all company policies and state regulations, including responsible alcohol service
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain and strengthen service standards

Experience:
