Prepares, seasons, and cooks to order
Run grill, fryer, pizza and plating
Follows the basics of food safety
Keeps stations and walk ins, clean and stocked
Assist the team when it gets busy

Ensures freshness of food and ingredients by checking for quality, keeping track of old and new items, and rotating stock
Coordinates and supervises work of kitchen staff.

Working with co workers to assist in cleaning and restocking the line, at the end of each shift.
Grill and grill utensils cleaned and sanitized
All prep tables cleaned and restocked
All meats and bakery restocked on line and rotated in walk in cooler
All trash and debris removed and kitchen mopped and walk in mopped
