???? Legal Business Development | Personal Injury

If your favorite office has four wheels, keep reading.
Relationships are the engine behind everything we do, and we're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, building trust, and becoming a familiar face within the personal injury community.
This is not a social media position.
This is not a digital marketing position.
This is not a traditional desk job.

This is a business development role for someone who would rather spend their day visiting law firms, coordinating lunches, attending meetings, and building meaningful relationships than sitting behind a computer.
The majority of your time will be spent driving throughout the Las Vegas Valley visiting current and prospective personal injury law firms. You'll build relationships with attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, and referral partners while helping expand our presence throughout the personal injury community.
Business development doesn't stop when you leave a law firm.
A portion of your schedule will also be dedicated to in-office administrative responsibilities. You'll spend time following up with referral partners, obtaining case updates and statuses, documenting your outreach efforts, scheduling future visits and lunches, organizing your territory, and ensuring the relationships you've built continue to grow. The administrative side of this role is just as important as the time you spend in the field because strong follow-through builds strong relationships.
This is a flexible part-time opportunity (20-30hrs per week) designed for someone who values independence and enjoys managing their own schedule. While business needs always come first, you'll have the flexibility to build your workweek within our regular business hours. Some days will be spent primarily in the field, while others will focus on administrative follow-up and relationship management from the office.

Personality, professionalism, work ethic, and a genuine passion for building relationships are far more important than previous experience.
If you've never met a stranger, enjoy being out in the community, and love creating genuine connections, we'd love to meet you.
???? What You'll Be Doing
Business Development & Relationship Building:
  •  Visit current and prospective personal injury law firms throughout the Las Vegas Valley.
  •  Build and maintain strong relationships with attorneys, case managers, legal assistants, and referral partners.
  •  Introduce our organization and services to potential referral partners.
  •  Strengthen existing relationships through consistent communication, follow-up, and in-person visits.
  •  Coordinate and attend lunches, meetings, networking events, and community outreach activities.
  •  Identify opportunities to develop new referral partnerships.
  •  Represent our organization with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.
  •  Become a trusted resource within the personal injury community.
Administrative & Relationship Management:
  •  Follow up with law firms regarding patient referrals, case updates, statuses, and outstanding items.
  •  Coordinate appointments, lunches, meetings, and future visits.
  •  Document business development activities, relationship outreach, and follow-up efforts.
  •  Maintain accurate records of communications, visits, referrals, and next steps.
  •  Track your outreach efforts and relationship development.
  •  Provide updates to leadership regarding relationship growth and opportunities.
  •  Organize your territory and weekly outreach schedule.
  •  Assist with administrative duties and business development projects as assigned.
???? Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who...
  •  Loves meeting new people and naturally builds genuine relationships.
  •  Has an outgoing, upbeat, bubbly, and approachable personality.
  •  Can confidently walk into a room full of strangers and start a conversation.
  •  Enjoys driving throughout the Las Vegas Valley and being out in the community.

  •  Can work independently while staying organized and accountable.
  •  Remembers names, conversations, and the little details that make people feel valued.
  •  Isn't discouraged by hearing "not today" because they understand relationships take time to build.
  •  Enjoys creating their own schedule while meeting goals and business needs.
  •  Wants a flexible opportunity with meaningful earning potential and long-term career growth.
Personality, professionalism, reliability, and the ability to genuinely connect with people are essential to succeeding in this role.
