Job Summary

The Business Systems Administrator serves as the operational backbone of our technology ecosystem. This individual will support advisors and staff, administer key systems, improve workflows, maintain data integrity, assist with automation initiatives, and help implement new technology solutions.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, optimizing processes, and learning emerging technologies within the wealth management industry.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and play a key role in the firm's long-term technology strategy.

We are seeking a Business Systems Administrator who is passionate about systems, workflows, data, and helping financial professionals become more efficient and effective.

Job Responsibilities

  • Administer and maintain the firm's technology platforms, including CRM, portfolio management, financial planning, and Microsoft 365 systems, while managing user access, workflows, templates, data imports/exports, troubleshooting, and vendor support.
  • Enhance advisor workflows, client onboarding processes, and automation initiatives while documenting procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending process improvements.
  • Monitor data quality through audits, record maintenance, data migration support, and reporting and dashboard development.
  • Serve as a technology resource for advisors and staff by providing training, onboarding support, develop reference-guides and support the transition to, and implementation of, new technologies
  • Support leadership with technology implementations, AI initiatives, workflow automation projects, integration testing, reporting enhancements, and operational improvement efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, technology support, CRM administration, business systems, financial services operations, or related fields
  • Experience in a wealth management firm or RIA preferred
  • Familiarity and proficiency in the following software and tools preferred: Redtail CRM, Orion Advisor Technology, NetX360, Adhesion, PreciseFP, Holistiplan, Income Solver, Zocks, and Microsoft 365 applications
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must be willing to work in either a full-time or part-time capacity, as required
