Cleaning Technician – Part-Time Afternoon Position (Lapeer, MI)

Looking for a dependable part-time job with a consistent schedule? We've got the perfect opportunity.

ClearView Building Maintenance Inc. is a woman-owned commercial cleaning company proudly serving Mid-Michigan. Recently honored with the Award of Achievement in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion by the Flint & Genesee Group, we're growing and looking for reliable team members to join us.

We're currently hiring a Cleaning Technician for a commercial facility in Lapeer, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a predictable evening schedule with one consistent work location.

Why ClearView?

  • Pay: $14.50–$15.00 per hour (depending on experience)

  • Monday–Friday evening schedule

  • Follow all site-specific cleaning procedures and company quality standards

What You Bring to the Table

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift
