Essential Functions:

Career Closet & Customer Services

Provide exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming, respectful, and supportive environment for all Career Closet participants.

Schedule and facilitate clothing appointments for eligible customers in accordance with program requirements and established timelines.

Assist customers in selecting interview attire, work clothing, uniforms, scrubs, footwear, and accessories that support their employment goals.

Explain Career Closet services, eligibility requirements, and available workforce resources to participants and partner organizations.

Coordinate participant referrals received from The Wardrobe, the County Assistance Office, PA CareerLink staff, and other approved referral sources.

Maintain participant confidentiality and ensure all customer information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements.

Assist with special events, outreach activities, and Career Closet promotions as needed.

Program Administration & Reporting

Utilize The Wardrobe's Partner Portal to process referrals, request Wardrobe Boxes, submit required documentation, and complete program reporting.

Maintain accurate customer records and appointment schedules.

Complete all required data entry, reporting, and documentation in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitor referral turnaround times to ensure customers receive appointments within established program expectations.

Assist with maintaining records necessary to support reimbursement requests and program compliance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for routine communication with The Wardrobe regarding referrals, inventory needs, and program operations.

Participate in staff meetings, program training, and professional development activities.

Inventory Management & Closet Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professionally merchandised Career Closet.

Monitor inventory levels to ensure an adequate supply of quality clothing appropriate for interviews, employment, and occupational training.

Receive, sort, organize, and display donated clothing and accessories.

Coordinate inventory requests with The Wardrobe and recommend clothing purchases when inventory gaps are identified.

Rotate seasonal inventory and maintain organized storage areas.

Track inventory usage and assist with maintaining inventory records.

Ensure dressing rooms, display areas, and storage spaces remain clean, safe, and presentable.

Coordinate the receipt and organization of donated clothing as appropriate.

Partnership Support & Other Duties

Foster positive working relationships with PA CareerLink staff, workforce partners, and community organizations.

Assist with promoting Career Closet services throughout Bucks County.

Support volunteers assisting with Career Closet activities, when applicable.

Perform other duties as assigned in support of Career Closet operations and workforce development initiatives, including, but not limited to, providing coverage for reception and Career Resource Center (CRC) areas.
