Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable Direct Care Workers (DCWs) in Bensalem, PA (19020) to provide in-home care to seniors. As a DCW, you will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and clean environment, and offering companionship and emotional support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care: bathing, grooming, toileting, dressing

  • Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders

  • Promote client independence and engagement in daily routines

  • Follow care plans and document services accurately

  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-4 years of experience working with seniors in a DCW, HHA, or CNA role
