StretchPlex is Delaware’s leader in assisted stretching and performance recovery, delivering one-on-one stretch therapy in a premium boutique wellness setting. We’re building a team of Body Coaches (Stretch Technicians) who are passionate about movement, anatomy, and helping others thrive.  
What You’ll Do 
As a Stretch Technician at StretchPlex, you’ll guide clients through 25- and 50-minute one-on-one assisted stretch sessions designed to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall well-being. You'll deliver a hands-on, high-touch experience that makes clients feel cared for, seen, and energized.  
Key Responsibilities 
  • Lead dynamic, full-body assisted stretch sessions using StretchPlex protocols
  • Assess client flexibility, posture, and range of motion
  • Educate clients on the why behind every stretch to increase engagement and results
  • Provide safe, hands-on adjustments for proper alignment and movement patterns
  • Build rapport and maintain strong client relationships
  • Recommend packages, memberships, and rebooking based on client goals
  • Keep detailed notes and provide 'stretch homework' for continued progress
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming studio space and follow all safety protocols
  • Participate in ongoing education and training
  • Collaborate with team members and attend regular staff meetings

What We’re Looking For
 
  • 1+ year of hands-on bodywork, personal training, or manual therapy experience
  • Strong foundation in anatomy, kinesiology, or biomechanics
  • High-energy, empathetic communicator who truly cares about helping others
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Passionate about wellness, movement, and boutique fitness environments
  • Able to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • Minimum 15 hours/week availability

  • Athletic Training or Sports Performance
