Barista - Part Time
Boomerang Coffee Lounge | Midland, MI

Boomerang Coffee Lounge is seeking friendly, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our growing team as a Barista. In this role, you will be at the heart of the guest experience, crafting quality beverages and building connections within a welcoming atmosphere. If you enjoy serving others in a fast-paced environment and being part of a positive culture, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare espresso drinks, brewed coffee, teas, and specialty beverages with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Deliver genuine, friendly customer service from greeting to order completion.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Operate the point-of-sale system and handle transactions accurately.
  • Support inventory organization and restocking throughout shifts.
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Work alongside teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Requirements

  • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm during high-volume times.
  • Attention to detail and pride in cleanliness.
  • Willingness to learn drink recipes and barista techniques.
