The Holiday Inn Express of Woodbridge is seeking candidates for the position of Night Auditor to join our award-winning team.

The Night Auditor is responsible for overseeing all front desk activities overnight and must maintain a high level of integrity. The Night Auditor also reconciles all bookkeeping and financial records as well as checking guests in/out and answering any questions from guests.

**PLEASE NOTE** the Night Audit position is an overnight shift, 11:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. We ask that you do not apply for the position if you are not able to commit to the required shift.


Responsibilities & Duties

· Performs end-of-day accounting tasks such as reconciling credit card transactions, occupancy percentages, room charges, cash drawer activity, etc.

· Check in guests, take reservations, and respond to guest’s questions

· Handle items related to the lost and found according to company standards

· Track room availability and occupancy

· Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision

· Attend monthly department meetings and training sessions as necessary

· Knowledge of all essential aspects of hotel operations/procedures

Compensation and Benefits include:

· This position offers a starting rate that ranges from $17.00 to $18.00 per hour depending on qualifications and experience.

· Part time employees will have the opportunity to earn paid time-off and join the company's retirement plans (once qualified).
