Job Description

The Recreation Attendant is responsible for setting up, executing, and following through on various complementary and guest experiences. They are organized and efficient while being able to speak with and work with guests and ensure they have a memorable experience. This is a wonderful opportunity for a curious and active person to join the exciting world of hospitality and experiences. 

  • Check in and check out guests when they arrive for their experiences
  • Maintain rental equipment and report if needing new equipment
  • Handle any retail space
  • Handle the cash drawer
  • Opening and closing procedures
  • Answering phone calls from guests and other departments
  • Booking activities in TYNGO
  • Check in and check out complimentary rental equipment for guests
  • Make sure all waivers are signed and filled out correctly and filed

Pay $16 / hour

Qualifications
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with the public.
  • Working knowledge of computers and the ability to learn TYNGO booking software.
  • Ability to learn the operation of the facility and to obtain a working knowledge of Primland Resort
  • Strength and dexterity are necessary to perform all required tasks, including lifting to 50 pounds, stooping, and bending. 
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Availability to work a variable work schedule, which may include early and late hours, weekends, and holidays.
