Your responsibilities include:

  • Building client retention by delivering quality haircuts using clippers, scissors, and trimmers
  • Ability to deliver an exceptional service for both parents and their children
  • Comfort with a fast pace, completing 3-4 appointments/hour, about 15 minutes each
  • Staying current with new hairstyles and techniques
  • Keeping the entire salon clean and swept thorough out the day
  • Scheduling client appointments both in person and over the phone
  • Demonstrating and selling hair care products

Your role is to focus on what you do best, delivering excellent customer service and quality haircuts. We have discerning clients who are often looking for a fade with a quick design, trendy A-line bobs, and unique looks. There is room at our salon for stylists with all levels of expertise. Once the parents are won over by your talents, they can request you on their next visit and often book to have their haircut at the same time as their child's making us a family, focused salon.
