Position OverviewNow Hiring: Retail Sales Associate Schedule: Part-time

Compensation: $16.90-$18.50 (DOE)

Location: Salinas, CA

 What You'll be Doing:

  • Demonstrate knowledge of products and services to customers
  • Assist customers with request in store and over the phone
  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and polite manner
  • Always maintain inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
  • Complete customers transactions at the cash register including taking payments, and issuing receipts
  • Tag prices and merchandise
  • Contribute to team's daily sales goal.
What You'll Need:
  • 1-2 years of retail customer service experience preferred
  • High School diploma or general degree (GED) - required
  • Willing to work nights and weekends
  • Excellent verbal communication
  • Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service
  • Basic math skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Demonstrated sales skills and experience
  • Ability to maintain a professional appearance
